Belt tensioner, Cummins part #?

I'm figuring the tensioner is cheaper from Cummins, anyone have the # handy and an idea on cost? Thanks

80 dollars dealer cost. Can get the number tomorrow if no one else knows it right off. Don't know what they will add to that cost. Someone said that the parts houses are now carrying this. I don't know about that however.



Do you need the entire tensioner or just the pulley. I know it is available.

Cummins P/N for tensioner is 3935819, not sure of the cost.

Should be part number 3935819, at least that is what it says on my reciept from cummins from May. The price from cummins cal pacific at the time was $107. 81

you can get a Dayco from Autozone for $65



or a Gates from Rockauto.com for $78 & shipping

Dayco was stamped on the one I replaced. I replaced them on a 90 and a 93. Both were Dayco. I got the exact thing from Advance Auto Parts for $72... . wish I'd gone to Autozone :{



Anyway, it's almost exact. The new ones have a 1/2" drive hole so you can use the large breaker bar to install.
