Best characterization of differences of VCO and SAC nozzles

I'm in the market for injectors and have had to do some research on replacement options as the litany of choices and opinions is overwhelming. This video is the first time I can recall reading/watching somebody characterize the differences of these nozzles rather than just extolling the virtues of the SAC or a particular brand. Of course the company that made video does sell both VCO and SAC nozzles/injectors.
