Another S-B vote. A Con-O 13 inch will have less clutch peddle pressure than stock, but will hold much better than stock. Shifting is better than stock.
 
I've had good experiences with Valair and South Bend. I also wouldn't rule out a Kenny's. I would suggest giving each of them a call and tell them how you will be using the clutch (your driving/use manner). Once you figure out what clutch would be the best for your application I would get the one that has the lowest price tag.
