Within the next month I will be installing a PM3 w/pyro & boost, Edge EZ, fuel pressure gauge and MaxFlow system with Holley black pump. I have a BHAF, 5 inch exhaust, stock injectors and clutch.

1st question:

I need a clutch (looking at South Bends MU13-1. 25 Con FE). Do you think this is good enough/overkill/completely wrong? I only want to buy it once.

2nd question:

I'm not sure if I can depend on the PM3 remote alone to handle the pyro and boost. Any thoughts?

3rd question:

What injectors would be suitable for this application?

I drive aprox. 50 miles a day highway empty and tow occasionally @ less than 10k.

I run Centerforce Dual Friction and it seems to hold up pretty good. CF claims it can take up to 800 ft. -lbs. Going to be approaching that sometime soon, so we'll see. If you can afford the SBC I would go with that. Especially if your going to the 13. 25" disc. Then you can throw all the power you want at it and never have to change the clutch again. SBC makes awesome clutches and has a good reputation from what I have heard. :D I just can't afford one right now. :{

The LUK cluth is a little less expensive but the SB will probably last longer. The con ofe is every bit as smooth as the stock clutch & unless you intend to go well over 400 hp, is a great way to go. Go ahead & give South Bend a call. Get the word directly from the horses mouth.

For injectors, I suggest looking to Formula 1's mach series edm's. The size to chose is a personal choice. The 1. 5's are billed as the milage champs but there are folks towing with the mach 4's

South Bend!! Mach 1. 5s go with a Edge comp. you will get more for your money fuel and timing. All in one box I would buy manual gauge for boost like isspro or autometer.

You guys should look at the days of his posts. . LOL...

Doug it doesn't take long. . I guess I dragged it out. . I figure I still be bombing when the truck hits 300K... (my estimated time to change trucks... ) I'm half way there. . LOL. .
