Ok, I am tired of my dealer. :-{} I would like to know the dealer that has the BEST service dept in the DFW area. Any help would be welcome.

I've had good luck with Huffines in Lewisville.

I have used both Allen Samuels in North Richland Hills and Longhorn Dodge in Fort Worth. Both dealers were ok, although I would tend to favor Longhorn. I have actually used Longhorn on my last two visits. A few weeks ago I had a brake fluid flush done and the tires rotated and balanced. Longhorn uses a machine from Valvoline to flush the brakes and they use Valvoline synthetic brake fluid. Allen Samuels does it the old fashion way and doesn't use synthetic fluid. My only gripe about the tire rotation and balance was the technician did not use new coated weights on all of the wheels. Some of the weights look tarnished (used). Last week I took the truck in because the drivers side door would not lock in the automatic mode or when using the remote. The trim technician resolved the problem quickly and I was on my way. The thing that really irks me about either dealer is the fact the technicians drive accross the speed bumps in the dealers lots too fast. I've seen them do it and I've complained. Hope this helps.

I used Allen Samuels ONCE, I had a power steering leak and they fixed it, for about 2 months it stayed fixed. I bought the gasket and fixed it myself, been leak free for about 14 months now. I haven't been there yet but the Dodge dealer in Decatur is suppose to be good. I bought my truck from Roger Williams Dodge in Weatherford. They seemed to be good, but have not taken my truck there. Decatur is closer than Weatherford. So check out those 2 and see what you think.
