Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Best exhaust brake?

I like my Jacobs. I dont think I've ever heard of a problem with them. Also I can't tell a difference in power with it installed, or before installed. I pulled the same load in mountains before and after, and still had too much power.

I installed a Jacobs/Dodge brake on my ETH 2001 two wheel drive truck and after it was installed, I noticed a little power loss. If you look at the diameter of the stock elbow that is replaced by the Jacobs brake, there's definitley a restriction. It performed well as a brake though. I purchased mine from Mag Auto for $575. 00 which was a price I couldn't turn down. Now that I have a 2001 3500 ETH 4X4, I'm looking for a better, less restrictive one. Thanks for all the replies.
