looking to up grade to a new inj. but i want to keep the MPG the same

what is the best bang for the buck?

iam going to a B1 turbo in the new year and want a good inj.

Thanks for your input TDR !!

With your auto, a B-1, and some injectors you are going to need an aftermarket transmission... . But that being said several questions come to mind.

How much HP are you ultimately wanting?

Do you two and how much?

Is smoke an issue for you?

Anyway here are my recommendations for you. If you tow much I would get some Formula 1 Mach 2. 5's. If you don't and want more HP go with the Mach 4's. Both work well with a B-1 and an auto transmission. You may want to look at the B-1-2 (wastegated version) with an auto for better spoolup but personally I like the performance of a full B-1.

I would go with Mach 4's although MPG may suffer slightly due to you not being able to keep you foot out of it :). MPG don't really change much on our trucks if driving remains sane. Its when guys start bombing and loving the new power, hitting the go pedal, and racing ricers that MPG suffer. I run around everyday with comp box on 3X3, B-1, and Mach 2. 5's and my MPG has remained pretty much the same as when the truck was stock as long as I drive nicely.

I run pretty much the same as Jetpilot with my comp on 3X3 and I have Mach 3s with an HTB2. Mileage is the same if not a little better than stock as long as there are no psds or maxis in site. Mileage actually seems to be higher when towing the horse trailer also. Don's injectors are tops in my book.

Get some Don M 2. 5s ,if your hp goal is 480 ish. If you want 500-520 get the mach 4s and a full B1. Neither of these injectors are smokey at all unless you mash the pedal off boost with Comp box on 5x5. The Mach 4s will idle a tad quieter from my experiences. The 2. 5s are better for heavy towing,If your towing under 6000 or so you can run the 4s and keep an eye on the pyro on big hills. My buddy runs mach4s and tows 6500 no problem with box on level 1.

Give J. R. Adkins a call. He has got a couple of guyz making some awesome #'s on injectors only, and even better #'s w/ those box thingies you guyz have. :-laf His # is 317 281 3130
