I did alot of research before I purchased the Spearco. I've only had it for about 4mos. but I noticed right away that boost comes in much faster... you will see the restrictions in the stock intercooler. Did not notice any significant decrease in egt not towing , but towing heavy is the biggest most noticeable change. Your truck is set-up very similar to mine and I would hit 1200* on steep grades before the upgrade and now I cannot force the egt above 1000*as long as boost stays above 20*. My boost only went to 32* before and now I hit 38*... it is rare that I ever need this extra boost but I was testing it with a heavy trailer to see what it would do. At the time of my purchase,BD Power was advertising they had one for a 2nd Gen. but were having trouble with some of the intitial makes. Banks did not manufacture one and ATS was a few mos. away until theirs would be released. Cool-It seemed to be good but Spearco had all the replacement parts and boots with attractive stainless replacement piping included with the kit. Mine retailed for $1300 but it included everything to do the job. I'm by no means a mech. ,but had no problems doing hte install myself. Had more problems getting the WW tank out than actually putting the intercooler in. I did notice however, that some of the holes did not line up for the A/C condensor and transmission cooler. Again though, with my pea-brain, I was able to re-drill the hole and mount properly. Very sturdy piece... . extremely satisfied with results. Good for 100*boost if ever needed to upgrade turbo! I have not had my truck dyno'd but my sig seems to be similar in upgrades to yours. Hope this helps
