Best MPG program/tunner/downloader shoot-out?

Empty or towing... do you tow anything??

I tow occasionally, nothing too heavy... but its infrequent and short duration.



That gain is empty... I *could* claim a 2. 5mpg increase since I can get a 2. 5mpg higher "high" mpg now than when I first got the truck, but that wouldn't be assuming a break-in period either.



I cannot say whether it helped towing mpg... I have no before/after to compare to...

I'd say between 1 and 1. 5mpg... if I had to say a hard number, I'd say a very solid 1 mpg.

Sounds about the same improvement I got with Smarty Jr not towing.

I have the free spin hubs and tow 14000# most of the time. The mileage has increased due to the hubs for both towing and non towing. Non towing, I am about 21 mpg. That is about 1. 5 mpg increase. Towing, I am about 13. 5 mpg, this up from 12. 5 mpg stock. However the big benefit with the hubs is being able to use low range with a big load in a very tight space.
