Best number to call for Chrysler customer care

Could someone please tell me the best number to call for Chrysler customer care. We have a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica that my wife hit a deer with a little over a month ago. It hit hard in the center and it actually held up to it pretty good. Anyhow the problem we have is the cooling fan assembly has been on backorder since the week before Christmas and still have not heard when it will be in. No aftermarket that I can find. Sounds like every fan goes to new vehicle production. Just wanted to call the right place and bring this up with them. I understand their situation and it has been a great vehicle so far.

Never mind just found out from body shop that the fan has been shipped.

Good news. Sounds as if the new Pacifica is a well made car that held up well hitting a deer hard! Held up and kept the wife safe! Chrysler is continuing to make a quality product.

Yes luckily it hit in the center. I don’t think either fender was damaged just the hood and everything in the middle back to the fan. I guess if they are building enough new vans that their suppliers are having a hard time keeping them enough parts that is a good thing.

More than likely the dealer parts manager ordered it on a daily order. If they do not upgrade it to special handling it will not have the highest priority.

Got the car back last week and it looks to be good as new. Maybe because insurance was paying it but over $500 for a local dealer to vacuum and charge a/c. It has the 1234yf Freon in it.
