_luke,
As stated by others, there are many good gauge manufacturers out there. Purchase the gauges you like best... autometer, Isspro, Di-pricol, Hewitt, etc, etc.
Make sure you purchase gauges that will give you the range needed after installing mods. Boost (0-50 or 60 psi), fuel pressure (0-30 psi), Pyro (0-1500 or 1600 degrees F).
Your truck is the same year as mine, therefore should have same instrumentation/lighting. I found stacking a blue and green bulb cover matches lighting the best.
The Pro-pod works well. Buy a piece of pinch weld weather stripping and place on outer edge of pod. This will fill the gap between the pod and windshield.
The install is simple, have done two sets. Both were Isspro EVs, boost, fuel pressure, and pyro. Used mechanical fuel pressure gauges, without isolators... no leaks at all.
Good luck...
Edit: Just noticed you live in Boulder... if you get the gauges before I move to Missouri (sometime in May), I'll help you put them in.
