I recently purchased the AEM kit & would like to know the best spot to tap the intake for the nozzle. The directions are very general & no response from e-mail either to the company. So I know you guys can help me out here, thanks in advance---Proflow

I put mine right on top of the intake horn, side by side, i would stagger then next time though. I only have two currently but will be adding two more in the future. DD

Aem Water/meth

Well, this kit I have only has one nozzle w/3 different jet sizes. A programable box from 0-38 psi . 38 would be full flow. Even though the truck makes about 48.

Kinda like a Nitrous pill . My current set-up will call for the largest jet, but just need to know if should shoot it into the intake wall @ 90 or pipeline that ***** straight verticle into the intake. I should mention I removed the grid heater, not needed in my area really. My one also concern is it not dispersing evenly ? I dunno. Also I was thinking of the fact that Id be shooting meth @ 2 psi starting off, not wanting to see the heater first. Know what I mean ? Blowers have straps on them for a reason & I dont wanna hear that pop & shoot through my hood pulling out of my driveway cold when the grid is still glowing red. Any more info guys ? Thanks--Proflow

I run two jets in the side of the intake horn. Mine starts at about 12lbs and ramps up after that, If you come on two strong it will stumble of the line. I have been running this set up for four years.
Cooling mist has stainless jets and fittings.

I guess this kit is a little different, it has a low & full setting. Progressive all the way through they claim. We will see. What are you folks running for fluid ? I tapped into my factory washer res. for more capacity. Thanks--Proflow

i;ve heard a nozzle pre turbo is the way to go, makes more power and cools more too, not sure how much truth there is to it, but i was talking to a guy at the 4x4 jamboree that had it done that way, said it was a major improvement on both on the intake horn.
