Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) best power / mileage combo

I was wondering what might be the best route to improve power without hurting mileage or longevity at a reasonably price. im not looking to win any trophys or anything

I love mine and the fuel saver level (SW1) does work on the highway!

Smarty's great,but a used Edge Ez will work wonders too.

On my 01 2500 I used an edge on the middle setting and a bhaf. I got 23 plus mpg on the freeway several times. Of course this is not towing. Also had 275 injectors!!

The Smarty does make some difference, especially rolling down the highway. I have never ran mine on the fuel saver setting though, and I went from a Banks Stinger to the Smarty.



The Mach 1's also picked up some mpg. I mean once the initial testing period got finallized, prior to that the fuel just evaporated.
