Head Stud/ tap question

Read an older price in a search that said camping world had the best price at around $59 each for the rears but when I called my local CW they quoted me $109 each

Just installed mine today 9/06/03. 43000 miles on truck and drivers rear was completely shot, others were on their way. Ordered them on line from autozone.com. $69. 00 each plus tax plus shipping = $270. 00 delivered to the door in about one week.

I called CW back again because the $109 price just seemed way too far off. Someone gave me a wrong price the 1st time, their price is actually $72. So far Off Road Warehouse has the best price at $57. 99 with the TDR discount.

Do I need to ask for special bushings or spacers with the rear Bilsteins? I did see some posts from some of the Rancho owners complaining about slop and not having the right bushings.

Thanks much!

Rich

I'll agree fully with R. Wagner: The Off Road Warehouse has about the best price, prompt shipping at low cost, and no sales tax if you are located outside of CA.

They are very helpful and eager to serve TDR members--remember to identify yourself as one and you'll receive a nice discount.

The Bilsteins are superior shocks. Other TDR members were most helpful to me in giving installation tips and guidelines via this forum.

Good luck, pal!
