Best Prices on G159's?

Hello gang, does anyone have the best price on a set of 6 GoodYear G159LT in a 235/85/16?. It's getting close for some new meats on my 3500. So if anybody knows of any killer deals, pipe up and let yourself be heard.

Check prices at Price Club/Costco. I've bought all my tires there for years, Price is right. You might look at the LTX Michelin tires as well, very good tire, high mileage etc. You'll need to make an appt for install on dooleys.

So far the best price I have is $155. 00ea a bit more than want to spend. Michelins XPS I think were $149. 00 at Costco. Still looking

IMO you would be better off with the Michelen tires. Just my own personal thoughts. #ad

I got a price from Just Tires, (a goodyear chain here in SE PA. they said $135. 00 each, but they would have to check with the boss because the only ones they could find were in CA. 3 days later, still no call back.

Also check in with the place around you that services school Busses. I asked them and they also said $135. 00.

The advantage with Just Tires is that price includes Life time rotation and Balance! That alone is worth a lot.

When talking to the school buss place, the guy said they run them on there F350 busses, and take them off at 50K miles with 5/32 still left on the tread.

As for the Mitchlen, The goodyear is an All Steel tire, which includes sidewalls, don't think the LTX has that to offer.

My friend had the G-159's on his truck. He said the only problem is the tires are stiff, and will "follow" a crack in the road.

Here's an update on the G159 tires issue, I work for a school district and our mech. said he can get them for $155 kinda of high I think but if Just Tires has them for $135 why the big swing?. I will be callling JT next, also I called TireRack they wanted $185 and I live here in SoCal.
