Been using 'SuperGloss' since the early nineties, and it WAS far better than anything else. However, it seems that recently they may have diluted their formula and it doesn't work quite as well. Overall shine and making that shine last is important to me. Any opinions on other protectant products? Thanks.

armour all extreme tire shine, spray it wipe off your rims, let it sit about 15 min. while your drying the rest of the truck, then drive on. works great!

Dixie-

I've used about all the tire gloss products, but I think Zaino Bros is about the best I have found. Lasts longer, doesn't attract dirt. It is available over the net at: www.zainobros.com.

Their waxes, leather treatments. etc. are also great.

Tire gloss?

When I used to enter cars at shows in the late 60s before care tire care products were available, we always used liquid floor wax. Just wipe it on and let dry. Don't hit any curbs with it though... it will look like poo-poos after.

I make absolutly no claim as to what if anything it does to the tire after it's applied.

Gotta agree with azcummins, I use Meguiar's Endurance high gloss tire shine, it's great. WalMart even has foam applicators , 2 to a bag, that work great for this stuff. Be careful when gettng the Meguiar's Endurance, they have two versions, high gloss, and low gloss. The low gloss sucks, IMO, but some people may prefer it.

I just tried... once... . their Grape Tire Dressing. I've driven ~500 miles in crappy Oregon, wet weather but haven't washed the tires. They have maintained almost the same look when I applied.

The look is very black, but no sheen at all. Goes on like a dream and dries almost instantly. I use a very good spray applicator and spray the outer third of the tire and then wipe it down to the rim edge.

Looks like you like a shiny look, and they offer a Wet Look dressing, and if it performs like the stuff I bought, it'd be worth a try. Pricing is very good.

I've used/tried at least 10 tire dressings... Mother's, Maguiers, Eagle One, Griotts, etc. over the past five years, and I think I finally found a keeper.

24-V - That might have been me, I haven't used that product but have use many other of Top of The Line's products with success and they are great people to deal with.

Kev....

You're right about the customer service. They put the owner on the phone to answer my questions..... she knows her car detailing stuff. Seems to be a small company... . they really acted like they were glad I called. Good experience.

Super protectant from Pro-Long

It is a wipe on and doesn't wash off very fast, protects very well, I use it on my dash as well and they have a dash replacement guarantee if it cracks. Very good in my book

I also use the paint sealant they have, makes a hard outer layer for the paint

I've used the Turtle wax tire stuff. It's a cream, and it sticks to the tire well. I love the smell of it . :D

If you let it dry good, it lasts a few weeks, even if it rains.
