There is no filter that i am aware of that will take suspended water out of the bio.
The best way to ensure no water is to build a standpipe wash tank and a standpipe dry tank.
Wash the fuel as usual, start to dry and circulate the fuel, after all the free water is out of the bd,when it is clear, let it settle a few hours and drain out the standpipe side of the wash tank (after draining the standpipe of any water),to the dry tank.
Then heat the fuel to 110-120°f and circulate the fuel, from the drain (bottom) and spray it along the top side of the barrel, with a small fan blowing across the top to evaporate the moisture. After about an hour or 2 shutdown the pump and let the bd settle, It should be clear, and you should be able to see a dime laying in the bottom of the dry tank. It should be cool after it settles. Clear the standpipe, filter and put the bio in the truck or tractor or whatever your running it in.
