Best way to MM?

Hey all, waht route are most people going to take to MayMadness from the Calif. side of things? I'm thinking I'll take 127 in from Baker but i know the pass is kinda steep, is going to Blue Diamond exit any faster? I guess this might be a poll.

I suggest I-15 to Baker, 127 to Shoshone, 178/372 to Pahrump.

I'm going the way Joe suggested. Baker , shoshonie, pahrump. Did it last Oct with no problems. Shorter and less traffic.

We leave Long Beach at 0500 May 1
