HOT Juice

You guys who have the HOT,... did EDGE do the upgrade at NO CHARGE???

I got my Juice reprgrammed to the HOT version for free, except my shipping cost to Edge($12. 00). I recieved it Tuesday. So far I am very happy, the 48re is not. I bought mine through a group buy here on TDR. I believe that they will upgrade any TDR member for free. The form has a place for your TDR Member Number. I called as soon as they posted it was available and they emailed me the form to fill out and include with the Juice when returning for the upgrade.



As soon as I get some more real testing and experience with the HOT version I will post my opinions and any dyno/track numbers. I will voice my SOTP comparison with the DR Performance Stage II, Juice/Attitude standard, Quad XZillaraider Race and the HOT Juice/Attitude. I am looking at about 3-4 weeks before the trans upgrades are done before I can really see what the 180hp setting will do.

Did you need to get a return code from EDGE? To whom at EDGE did you ship your Juice? Do you think I need to call them first or just put a note in the box for what I want?

I called them and spoke with whoever answered the tech line. Told him who I was and what I wanted and he verified that TDR members were free upgrade. I gave him my email address and he sent me a form to print, fill out and sign. He did not give me a return code. The Form has the address to send to, and states to use "RMA 8000" on the shipping box, and all of the info they need to return. The Juice was returned in my box and packaging. It did not have any new labels to indicate that it had the HOT Juice program. There was a print out of I think the Returns Manager name, phone number and email address. It contain one line that said the Juice module had been reprogrammed and tested.



I left a message with Aaron, because I do have a few questions. I am going to call and talk to whoever answers today I guess.
