Someone posted that if you order the Autometer Ultra-Lite gauges with the black bezel it helps with keeping the rear window reflection down. Is it true ? I am getting ready to order guages from DIS. #ad
I will be getting the 0-60 boost gauge , (pre bombing ground work) , an egt 0-1600, pre turbo,put into an A-pillar mount. #ad

As I understand it, the black bezel does not reflect the rim lighting on the gauge like the regular brushed alluminum. Some guys find it distracting at night. You can have autometer put the black bezels on for $5 a gauge, just put a -B after the regular part #. I ordered mine this way, before I knew about the light issue, just because I thought they looked great. If you want to see what they look like, they are almost identical to the Phantom series autometers. There is a pictore of them on the gauge pictures thread, Hemi posted it.
