WOW, the old HX-40 is really talking now I love it I passed a friend of mine on the highway, all he said was dogs from miles around could hear that and I must agree I LOVE IT, not sure on how much the EGT's droped didnt spend that much time off the pedal but im going to watch that and the fuel and see what happens. Also Im running a baldwin filter and I noticed it dosent have a cage on the inside I would like to find one that has one in it feel alittle better about not sucking part of the element into the turbo anybody have any input?

Zach the Fleetguard AH19037 that most are running including myself, doesnt have the cage inside. I don't think its a concern, the concern is the outside, which IS screened so the 'browneye' (no offense) critters don't take to likeing the filter and chew into it.
