Oh God! *I can agree with most of the engines listed.....except the Detroit DDEC! *We had those installed in some Coast Guard boats for testing in the mid to late 90's......garbage! *Engine failures were so common we'd have bets on what we would see when we opened the engine hatches, water, oil, both? *Sometimes it was random engine parts scattered. Tons of electrical problems too. I sure don't miss those piles. VT903's weren't glorious but at least they ran and were reliable.*
