Why not just post the rules on this thread so everyone can see them.

It seems like a lot of money for a "street" class? But that is great to have an awesome payout.

I always roll my eyes at this rule. Drive you truck a long distance to throw a driveshaft/bust diff, and then try and get it home. All you end up with is a parking lot on the edge of town of tow vehicles and trailers, with the puller driven the last 2 miles to the pull. :-laf

All in all the rules look very good. Just gotta laugh at the no tow vehicle rule.

Yeah tow vehicle means no "mules" or "gators"

OK, I'll buy that. I've been to pulls before where the "street" class trucks had to be driven to the pull, ie no tow vehicles hauling them in. I pulled in one place and they had this rule. I had came 2 hrs, and there ain't no way I was driving my 1975 dodge truck, no a/c, 4 spd, 410 gears, gas hog 440, to risk hooking it to the sled and hope to drive home. They changed the rule to, "If you lived within 20 miles, you had to drive your truck in, anybody else could haul them in. "

Note that the rule doesn't say 'no trailers', only that the puller has to be driven to the event. The obvious solution to this quandary is to use the pulling truck to tow the backup truck to the pull (like Tomac used to do). And maybe leave the backup truck on the trailer until after the puller has been teched in (eliminates accusations of switching trucks). Offers clear proof that the truck is very streetable.
