big rig pulls at fonda ny fair grounds august 31 sunday!

hello i know a few of you guys wanted to attend some this year i had posted some eariler. . any how this sunday is fondas county fair the big rig pulling series is pulling its a good pull. . fonad is approximately 15-30 mins west of albany on i-90 . . i know mark had asked my wife etc and holeshot wants to goo . . plus monday is a day off hehehe

i am hoping to go to e town too . . but im not sure . . wife is due oct2 doctor says anytime from sept15 on is fair game ha. . the 13th is awful close ha. . later

hahah yes its august 31st ha ... i left for the lamas class and thought i typed sept instead of august ha. . oh well to many things going on. . ah fonda is 1 1/2hrs from my house. its a nice easy ride. your shop is 40mins from my house etc. .

i don't know exact time . . if you email the bigrigs pulling guy from the website or call him he will let you know eaxt time from the last couple years events . . this is what happens etc... . usaully 2 pulls one in the afternoon and a evening pull. . afternoon normally about 1pm and evening at 5-7pm?... but last year there were so many trucks that from the afternoon pull they pulled right into the night etc. . gets pretty heated ha. . this is also at a county fair so plenty to do besides pulls etc fair stuff food etc...

ok here it goes

official times are 1:30 pm to start afternoon events qualifying etc

7:00 pm to start evening pulls

liek a said last year there were so many trucks they pulled straight till the night show etc. . its a invitational event for the "pro" trucks so a bunch show . . but there are lots of street legals also. . last year cat was supporting a local street puller ha had the cat tem tailer the whole nine yard... but got beeat but a farmer from pen yann ny with dirty superliner mack with v8 hehe . . watch out for the dirty looking trucks hehe

hey guys i didn't see any one from here there although tons of people were in attendance. I hope some ofyou made it out! i can say it was the best big rig pull that i have ever attended!!! 8 of the pro trucks were there siuck most at any of teh events igo to are 3 normally ha... dana and tom lindsley were both there along with 2 other kta trucks they are just sick... tom lindsley pulled 377 feet on a floating finish line he had teh best full pull... by at least 20 feet... . any how it was very good and the weather was perfect!.

NO i as livid! ha i had the video on charge the night before . . well it happens that when we woke up the power was out (seems to be common around her now ha) so thevideodid not get charged . . argh then i opened my 35mmcamera case and my camera had part of it MELTED ha and the lcd screen was crushed so no camera either ha basically any photographic evidence of the event came from a disposable camera ha
