I went last time. I thought it was a little disappointing for the $50. 00 spent. It's mostly big rigs, not many diesel powered PU trucks.

Who knows, maybe it'll be better this year?

I'm still undecided as to weather I'll go or not.

I'm about 45 minutes from there.

Eric

PS 98rammer, my parents just came down from Albion. Youre looking at about 450-500 miles.

Matt,

I will be there Friday night and at Raceway Park in the AM:D

Are you staying overnight:confused: I will more than likely stay the entire weekend. Thinking; Englishtown Flea Market in the morning, Columbus Farmers Market in the afternoon and sooting the Sunday evening traffic:-laf

Eric,

Just do it:D

If I do, it will be in the evening only.

The wife planned to go to a flea market in Monmouth park racetrack well before I knew this was happening in E'town.

Columbus will be pretty much over in the afternoon. Hell, when I get there at 11am, a lot of places are packing.

I got a gun show to go to in the Lebanon valley on Sunday too. It's gonna be a busy weekend.

Eric

PS Where were all you guys last year?

Eric,

Better late than never:D

I was planning on Englishtown and Columbus for Sunday. However, the weather looks like rain for that day. I know what you mean about the outside vendors at Columbus. By 2:00PM it is a ghost town :(

The inside people are probibally still there. You could always get an excellent ham sandwich, and a bowl of soup from the Amish.

I'm making myself hungry.

Oh, there was plenty of racing going on :D When I left at 11:00 PM, the Peterbuilts, Kenworths, Freightliners, etc. were still racing. I wonder how H. C. Brown did with his triaxle

The weekend weather was very cooperative. Just a little rain (on and off) on Saturday that never did stop any of the racing action. Sunday may have been cloudy, but the rain held off until 4ish. Therefore, it was a good day for the Flea Market and Farmers Market.

It was a great time. One Jet Car did 298 MPH. Bob Motz’s Jet Powered Kenworth did 212 MPH, or there about. And, of course, the Monster Trucks put on a good show with no major mishaps :D
