INDUSTRIAL INJECTION IS A GREAT PLACE FOR STANDING BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT, I RECENTLY HAD AN FCA NOT WORK ON MY TRUCK, TWO DAYS LATER I HAD A NEW STAGE 2 ON MY DOOR STEP, NO QUESTIONS ASKED VIA BRADY, I WAS PRETTY IMPRESSED THEY SENT ME A WHOLE PUMP ASSEMBLY, I DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND THEY DIDNT EVEN QUESTION ME WHEN I CALLED, IT WAS JUST, ON THE BALL TAKEN CARE OF THANK YOU, J. I. I. took care of me too. They forgot to send me the injection pump pulling tool (forgot to charge me too). I called back and they apologized. They sent me the tool at no charge along with a phat shaft shirt. Thats great service.

I had an sps66 sitting on my shelf for a good while... I sold that truck and went in a totally different direction. Brady swapped me out for an sps62... no restocking fee or upgrade charge. Granted, it had never been installed, but I'd had it for probably 8 months or so. I thought it was kind of him
