well the time has come. uncle sam is calling my name. for the next month ill have very little access to internet and be busy moving stuff into storage. deployment around the world which my ship been feature on a couple magazines USS NORMANDY re inacting the great white fleet voyage showing naval strength will be kicking off march time frame, and then will have little to no internent through the deploment. just wanted to say thanks to TDR, this is the first forum where i actually posted up questions and was honest stating i have no clue and instead of smash talk i literally got usefull adult advice back and coming from a imature redneck 23 year old thats saying the profesionalism here. between this forum and geno's garage, every question i have relating to cummins and dodge has been answer. i been looking for what diesel to buy for 3 years while in the navy and for those new to this world. buying your first diesel as a tow pig or work truck..maybe not such a big deal. but for me when i land stateside in hampton roads va, have to tow a bed and cab full of storage(tools/tires normal kid garage stuff plus a jeep buggy that lost 25% of its weight thanks to a blade and torch and a half ton truck all the way to washington state and then use it as a dd, a hauler, and a weekend tower and then bash it through the backwoods while hunting and cutting down firewood to me its one of the biggest investment for the truck has to work for me and my family to be happy and function for our lifestye and wheather its a 2nd gen 3500, or cr 5.9 or even a 6.7. with what i gather here and genos garage and knowing what to buy during deployment im confident the CTD will get r done. thank you all for who responded in first time cummins owner. god bless all of you and come october this year (im getting out early) ill soon be in a selfy in front of m new dodge saying thanks agian once more
god bless happy new year happy holidays and see you guys in the fall! GSE3 (SW) is out!
