Biggest 3500 tires?

Hey guys, whats the largest size tire I can put on my '97 3500? I'm buying tires this weekend and I want to put some big mean lookin things on there. Whats the biggest size I can go without rubbing in the back? Or - where can I get spacers and then whats the biggest size I can go? Thanks

I checked with the Michelin wholesaler in town and they do have 9. 00/16 in an AT tread for sale in Europe. Apparently that is what the Rover croud is using. Tires are around 300-350 ea. That is all I needed to know.

Sounds like the 9. 00-16 Michelin XZL. They're more agressive than an all terrain though.

They look awesome and they're the same tire Earthroamer chose for their 2500. They're high priced but top quality.

i put BFG 255/85/16 mud terrain radials on with 2'' spacers. looks mean! i got all 6 tires from Town Fair Tire for $900. 00. my spacers are 2'' billett with the studs built right in. they were $90 a side. i got them from wheel warehouse. (714-772-1281)ext. 103... . ask for alex. great product. good luck... james

Okay, i think I'm gonna have to make my own spacers first thing, then I'll figure out how big of tires I can put on the rims. I don't like the $90 a side and ordering, waiting, etc. I think I can rig something up here. Little wussy tires tick me off!!! I need some mean tires and I need to get mad and tear stuff up!
