2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Bill of Material for 2001.5 4x4 dually rear axle?

I have a 2001 4x4 Sport dually that has rear disc brakes, date of manufacture 5-01. I was under it today looking for the rear axle BOM tag and could not find one. Does anybody reading this happen to have a similar vehicle that has a BOM tag on the rear axle? Anybody have a way to determine the BOM from the VIN? If so the last 6 digits of the VIN are 605094.

I forgot to mention that the truck has a 3. 54 ratio and a Trak-Lok differential
