2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission billet bumper inserts

anybody had any luck finding a company that sells the billet bumper inserts for trucks WITH fog lights?? I can only find ones that require you to remove the fog lights. One of mine broke and genos no longer carries them. Thanks!
