Are these available? I did some TDR searching and didn't come up with anything but automatic posts.

I think I figured out my clutch peddle vibration. It's GOTA be the input shaft. It' cant' be the harmonic balancer

Trans in gear, clutch disengaged, transfer case in Neutral I have lots of vibration, Clutch engaged, same thing, but worse (trans is turning).

Engage 2wd repeat, no vibration when trans is in gear and clutch disengaged. , just what I think would be a slight vibration from the ConFE chattering around. . And yes, lots of vibration when moving.

All vibration is RPM dependent.

So I think I just a tweaked input shaft. I have had this vibration for like 40,000 miles. just now getting worse. Replace the stock clutch didn't fix it.

transmission feels just fine. Shifts fast when I wanna shift fast. it's super smooth and precise when I have the transfer case in neutral aswell. I don't think it's affected the transmission yet.

Theres no billet input for the nv4500 or 5600.

My bet is... its something else. The nv5600 can take alot of abuse and I mean ALOT! :)

I talked with JoshPeters and SpciyJam last night briefly about this. They think it's the gear cluster that vibrating.

This issue was BEFORE the SBC ConFE. One night I had a hard nice perfect launch (beat a bi-turbo S4 bad!). It was basically 2500rpm drop clutch and go kinda launch with the stock clutch. Ever since this I had a slight vibration in the clutch peddle only. RPM dependent.

Figured I busted something in the clutch. Go to replace the stocker and flywheel looks perfect. Clutch disk's springs were really lose. Input shaft looked fine. Tho, we did not remove it and check for "straightness". Figured the springs were it. Nope still there!

So new pilot barring, new throwout barring (typical new clutch stuff).

I did an oil analysts on the transmission fluid and it all come out good. So if there were internal parts damaged, enough to transmit vibration to the clutch peddle and brake peddle and the floor some what. Would there not be a good chance of a lot of metal in the fluid? I have no filter in the trans.

The Trans shifts very good. clicks into gear just fine. If anything was tweeked in the transmission, I would imaging after 30,000 miles of this vibration that something would fall apart by now.

Now, keep in mind this vibration does go away when you disengage the clutch and trans in gear so I do not thing it's the pilot barring since at this point, it's spinning fast around the input shaft that is stationary, but straight enough to not be misaligned?

If I put the transfer case in N, and row the gears. vibration is there.

So it's gota be the input shaft or the main shaft in the trans that the input shaft connects to (gear cluster... . ).....

Could I see something obvious via the PTO covers?

I'm hoping to pull the trans sometime in October and check that input shaft.

Are there any NV5600 experts there in the MN area that would be willing to peek in side my transmission?

I hate vibration and squeaking issues. They suck.

Well, the truck is going in for some U-joints in the front axel to be replaced, and maybe the REST of the drive shaft ones, lift pump check up. Fix that S L O W coolant leak on the front of the motor. I did have 2 techs be dumbfounded with the vibration. Maybe I can point them to the transmission for an under-warrenty diag/repair if any?

Under 500 miles left until my 70,000 power train warranty is up. time to get this stuff fixed for free if I can.
