Bilstein 5100 Shocks vs. Stock

To those of you who have replaced their stock shocks with the Bilstein 5100's; could you provide your account of how this component alteration changed the behavior or your 2500 4X4. Thanks for your help.

I have a 04. 5 1 T 4X4 quad cab dually, I go mine from shox.com and put them on at 20,000 miles, the difference in ride and handling is well worth the cost, I love them

Is your truck stock height? Are the 5100s zinc or chrome plated with a black rubber boot?
