2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission bilstein Front Strut Rod Bushing Set

I bought a set of Bilstein shocks for my 99 Ram 2500 about 5 years ago. After a few years of driving the front strut bushings wore out and the struts started banging around. I went over to bilstein and they gladly gave me a new set. I installed them and now a few years later again they rotted out. I called Bilsein and they only make rubber bushings, They rot. I have tried to find anyone who makes urethane ones, but so far no luck. Anyone have an idea or no of someone who does make them?
