Looking for something to replace the Monroe's that were on when I bought it. Don't want anything too harsh, just a nice ride. I've searched the Bilstein site, for my 8800 GVW + signature info, no lift - the application part numbers are BE5-2549 front and BE5-2550 rear. However, if I search by the part number it describes they're for a 3500 4X4 not the 2500 I have? Also, how much did you all spend for a set of 4. Looks like they're $115 each?

I have those part numbers on my 2500 short bed, the ride is nice... huge improvment over stock. I got them from ORW (off road warehouse) TDR discount. Don't remember the price off hand but a lot less than $100 each as i recall. I will see if I can find the receipt.

I had trouble with one shock but got it worked out ok in the end... rare occurence I am sure.

It kept telling me invalid code when entering my TDR number. Called Robbin and verified it was correct. ORW said they would enter it manually before charging my credit card so hopefully no problems.

You did better than me... 2/7/05 Two BE5-2550's, Two BE5-2549's $59. 99 each + $12 SHIPPING. Still a good Deal!
