Bilsteins & alignment

I will be installing Bilstein shocks (2549 & 2550) this weekend. Is it necessary to check the alignment, etc. after the install?

i would not think so... . you are not changing any of the front end geometry

After installing mine the only adjustment needed was on my face... . back to a smile...

Thanks for the replies. I didn't think alignment had to be checked since nothing is is changed, but the instructions from Bilstein advise to do it... maybe their're talking about struts, or playing it safe by saying it.

I just got mine on today. Huge difference!! I have noticed the steering wheel is now off approx. 20-25 degrees. I plan on getting an alignment done, don't want to wreck my new Revo's.
