Bilsteins come without bushings.......!!!!!

I just bought a set of Bilsteins for my Tacoma and the front shocks had no bushings with them. I purchased them from Tire Rack and their customer service rep referred me back to their site and advised me that on their site it said that no bushings were included with the front shocks. I went back to Tire Rack's site and found nothing that said bushings were not included with the shocks.
I had the truck up on the rack with the old shocks already off and the only source of bushings I could find was the local Toyota dealer and I had to pay over $28 for bushings for the 2 front shocks!!!
Anyone ever heard of such a thing? I have purchased several sets of Bilstein shocks over the years and they all came with bushings.

Don't know what year your Tacoma is but I found this doing a quick search, it would appear that they do not come with the upper bushings.

Put Bilsteins on the front of the Dodge all the rubbers came with the shocks

Tacoma front shocks are not the same as what is standard on most american trucks
