BILSTEINS SHOCKS

Went to Campers World today to order set of shocks for my 01-3500. They called Bilstein for the part numbers. Bilstein stated they have not looked at 2001 models yet and are not sure if the 2000 shocks will fit.
QUESTION? Does anyone know if the 2000 models shocks fit the 2001?

I was going to order a set myself soon for my 2001. When i inquired about them they said they use the same as the 2000. There were no changes to the suspension between those years.

EMDDIESEL-Thanks for the reply. I think I will call a local Dodge dealer parts dept. and inquire if there is any difference between their stock part numbers between 2000 and 2001.

I have seen camping world prices on these and was not inpressed! Check the internet, I got mine for $49. 95 each from some 4wd offroad site. (can't remember the name, sorry)

I may be offering the obvious here, but rather than relying on Campers World why not call Bilstein yourself. 800. 537. 1085

Be persistent. When I called them re: application for my 2001. 5 2500 they gave me the numbers straight out. I seem to recall they qualify the truck to some degree by GVW. I had seen the same PN's posted on the TDR for a 2K truck like mine, so I really doubt there is any difference for the 3500.

BTW, these are the best shocks I've ever had on any vehicle... including Edelbrock IAS.
