I like them, Bilsteins are the highest quality shock made. Mine is a daily driver so they are perfect. I think if I was going from pulling a heavy 5th wheel to daily driving I might have looked at the Rancho 9000's since they adjust. Rancho's are not the same quality as the Bilsteins but the adjustable feature might of made a difference in that application.

I got them and I love them!

Just a note... when I took off the factory shocks I fully compressed them and laid them on the garage floor and timed how long it took them to fully extend themselves. 3-1/2 minutes on aveage!

Me thinks they were shot!

About 25 miles northwest of Harrisburg. 15 miles north of Carlisle. Perry County, the only county in the state without a redlight!:p

I am fixing on installing a leveling kit. There are many options. I know that i dont HAVE to put new shocks on the front. But, I think that I would like to. Now, what is the advantage of the bilsein shocks over any other shock. Is it just the quality, or is it the ride, or what. I found a place to get them on www.jackit.com. and they are 460 for a leveling kit shocks all around, and a steering stabalizer. Are there any other outlets for these shocks which are cheaper, or not?? Thanks for all your help

I had them on my 98, with about 50K miles on them when I traided it on my 02. Frist think I noticed about the 02 was the factory shocks felt like there already shot.

Bilstein's are that good, that after 50K they fell better then brand new factory shocks.

ANyone take advantage of the Bilstein group purchase?? Also if you did how do you like them???? THANKS

Is the group purchase still on? If so, how much is the discount? I put some RS5000's on the front and RS9000x's on the rear of mine about a year ago and am thinking of replacing the 5000's with Bilstein. The RS5000 is just too bouncy for me.

Got mine and love em. Have 2000+ miles on them with my 2 1/2 inch leveling kit and dual front Bilsteins.

Great shock - make sure you get the new Zinc coated shocks. Some of the distributors are moving some of their old stock by selling the Blue and yellow versions. The newest color is a silvery zinc color - VERY SLICK! :D
