This weekend. I'm going--are you?

Look for the maroon Y2K with cow-catcher and Texas tags.

Would like to caravan with anybody else going up I-65 from Nashville. E-mail me @ -- email address removed --

Putting on a bunch of miles next week-from TN to FL and back then TN to KY. Mileage report when it's over.

Yes I'm going. What time are you planning on arriving up there? Dad and I are going to go to Franklin and get on 65 I believe. Still gotta email Tom and get some good directions! Not like my Lebanon KY incident:{

You don't have a CB do you? I'd love to caravan up there with a bunch of guys. Just gotta find out what time. I believe its from 9 till 6 that day?

early

I want to leave here around 0600. I'll come into the Ville on 24 and out on 65. I kin slow down at the Franklin exit or the KY rest/welcome area. Pick one. The RA is easier in and out.

Directions Schmirections! I've got a street address that's all I need.

I'm a ham, so I have loads of radios. Unfortunately not one is mounted in the truck, yet. And maybe I can find a CB to put in for temporary. :p

Gotta hit the beach first. back Thurs or Fri.

My son and I will definitely be there!!

We are taking a little different route than you guys though.

But thanks for the offer!

We will be heading north on I-77 from N. C. up to

Charleston, W. V. where we will head west on I-64

and into Lexington, Kentucky. From there, its north

up to Cynthiana!

See you there!

I would love to be there but it too far for a weekend trip. You guys have fun.

Tom, I wish you all the best. Have a great time, and sorry I can't come. Take care, Howard.

Unless something bad comes along I will be there. I will be coming from 20 miles North East of St. Louis and will hopefully be there around 11:00am.

work schedule/BMD opening RANT

Hey Wade guess what.

After an awful day at work today, I was finally getting ready to go home and I decided to check my schedule because I knew I probably wouldn't be back till Sun (they are severly cutting hours right now).

I'm scheduled 4 to 10 Sat!!!! :-{} #@$%!

I turned in my request a month ago, and they even told me everything was fine either yesterday or Sat (can't remember right now). Oh well I guess I'll have to go in tomorrow and show them the month old date on the request sheet, and say "why am I scheduled" :rolleyes:

Looks like I might have to come EARLY on Sat. where I can drive back in time:{

Well I got the day off after going in and asking why I was scheduled Sat, and told I was off. But at the loss of one of my only 3 days this week. :{ :{ :{

See all of you Saturday :D

I would've taken a leave of absence or gone AWOL or something.

Just in from FL. Did the 8-hour drive in 7. ;)

Musta been the tail wind.

Ran over 100 miles with another 24v--at a real high rate of fuel consumption.

Gotta play catch-up all day tomorrow. Will be at BMD-GO

Agenda- meet Tom, check pressures, ride in an exhaust brake equipped truck, check out the boxes, meet some TDR folks---maybe even BUY Oo. SOMETHING.

Tom suggested that Steve St. Laurent be the resident chaufer for those rides:-laf

We'll see if $$ will allow purchase of something. :rolleyes:

Glad you Tennessee boys are coming up ! You'll get to meet Daniel (CMNS_PWR) He's been up here on leave from college at East Tennessee, helping us out with the shop.

When y'alls get bored with Steve's truck :D we should have a few mega-HP trucks on hand that may be persuaded to give rides. Actually, he's got a NICE truck that does well at the strip too!

Watch out for the boys in gray, U. S. 27 is very heavily patrolled, so is route 62.
