Ouch... . We are open part-time, though for the month of August we do have someone there full-time 9-5 Eastern, 5 days a week.

We do have call forwarding, and if we don't answer, you should be able to leave a message, and we will return your call ASAP.

I know, I know, nobody likes to leave a message. I can relate to that ! Please bear with us during our growing pains...
