I love my new Black 3500. It is true, however, that keeping it clean in this Florida pine pollen is a real challenge. I go next week to pick up my new 42-foot 5th wheel. I will post companion pics then.

Curious what are you going to use for a hitch?

Nice truck!

I have installed a Pullrite 2300 Superglide hitch. It fits in the Ram factory prep pucks (with a picture frame adapter) and is rated to 25k# (my trailer is 23k GVWR). Because of the 6+ foot bed, I wanted the automatic sliding hitch to preclude the possibility of damage to the cab or trailer in tight situations. I also had to get a Mor-Ryde adapter plate for my trailer's kingpin to complement the hitch operation. I will post pics in a couple weeks.:)

Uh oh, here it comes.

I can appreciate the B&W Companion hitch. It was my preferred hitch until I decided to go with the Mega Cab. The manual slide that B&W makes would not support the 23k# trailer,

Hey all,

thought I would share..I've been looking for something to protect my powder coated black frame on my HD. I found a product tried it and was impressed with it. So I tried it on my wife black metallic Armada. Its a sealant that you apply and wipe off. Wait and apply another. I was not expected the results I got. Its call "Black Light". Just thought I would share. It smells good too. Anyway, its not for whities like my ram.
