This is a really good place to get some BBQ.

Gail ordered 2 racks of Pork Ribs, we all ordered something different to get a little taste of everything. One bite and Gail said that if anyone wants ribs let him know he'll buy them some.

BECAUSE THESE RACKS ARE MINE!!!

The Cole slaw is really tasty as are the Potato salad, Green beans.

We also picked up 3 lbs of each kind sausage for later.

This is the reason that Gail wanted to take this trip. He loves to eat and watches food shows with pen and paper in hand to write down addresses. We are coming back before we leave to try another Lockhart favorite

Black's brisket is second to none. I would eat that over any other cut of meat out there. I bought some of their seasoning and it's really good on oven cooked brisket as well. Their sausage is fantastic as well.

Went to Kreuz's first and it was good, but then had Black's and had no reason to back.

Blacks is really good, I cant compare the Kreuz's we were unable to return before the FLOOD came to San Antonio and we had to leave. Texas is for sure the king of things BIG RAIN INCLUDED!!!!
