PMCR is on, but truck cuts out when I get on it---I'll be on settings 5 and up and when I put it to the floor the motor will feel like it dies several times and then come back on. Then when I let off. it makes a popping noise.



Level 5 feels more powwerful then EZ on 80 HP setting



EGT's 1050 degrees post turbo at 108 mph



Truck pulls 52lb. boost now, was 48lb



Lots of SMOKE



I'm gonna DYNO it at 11 tomorrow



I'll have to give TST a call on MON. BUT so far it looks like I'll be sending it back.
 
Hi Blake, I've only run mine on 5/5 for short burst's but haven't suffered any of the popping you describe. How long do you have to keep your foot in it before it acts up?
 
Blake. . . you're running out of fuel! You need to upgrade your lift pump, but even then you may have problems because with your injectors and that box you have probably run beyond the capacity of the fuel rail and CP3.



Blake. . . please tell me you have relocated your pyro probe to PRE turbo BEFORE you put the TST box on :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek:
 
I'm getting the same hesitation with mine. It happens at about 1800 rpm and acts like it defuels and the power comes on strong again by 2200. There is still power between 1800 and 2200 but it's significant enough for the smoke to clear up and the boost to dive 15psi on setting 7:7. I too plan to place a call to TST on Monday.
