Could someone with a Dodge manual tell me what size O ring I need to stop oil leaking from between the vacuum pump and power steering reservoir on my 2000? The manual I have is vague. It says there's a ring but not what size it is.

Thank you both very much. I'm really glad I didn't just go out with my o ring set and start turning wrenches. It must be time to shell out for a manual.

Genos garage sells the kit, it's a real easy install. Tip-put the pump and powersteering pump together before you install on timing case.

Yep! I bought that kit direct from Gould last year and it WAS easy!
I thought it was $$ very well spent what with all parts and pvc pieces they included plus I believe there was a DVD included. That whole kit is Aces with me. They also offer a kit to rebuild the oem alternator.

I got the kit from Pete Gould and it worked great, fixed the Oil leak right and a great kit. I also killed the killer Dowel Pin at the same time, good Luck.

Cummins PN 4089742 (seal, 2 orings, and mount gasket) About 15 bucks It doesnt have any pipe to install the seal but a socket works great. And it comes with instructions

Thanks everyone for the replies. I haven't been online for a while but I got the leak fixed. I remodel homes and it feels really good to drive away from a customer's house and see my truck hasn't marked its territory. I know it's a minor repair but I know hammer and nail better than wrench and socket, and this is my first diesel, so it's a good feeling to have fixed it myself. Thanks again.

Been putting this off for a long time, guess I had better fix it. It has been marking it's territory for many miles.

Mine has been leaking for two years, I have had the kit on the bench for a year..... just have to find the time.
