Blend door breakage

I thought mine broke a couple years back. I had cold air on the drivers side and warm air blowing out the passenger side on a single climate system. Found the freon to be low,topped her off and been cold ever since. I mostly drove by myself and a bud pointed it out while riding with me one day. I would of never noticed it,my side was always blowing cold. I think it was low from the day I bought the truck. I'll keep my fingers crossed on the blend door.

yea mine has been done twice.



What if we had a thick piece of machined sheet metal to act as the replacement. for get the resistor. from what i have heard the little actuactor are pretty strong.
