That was the flat rate method before they improved the system. Now you can't get the door by itself, it comes with a housing, door and motor with the built in stop to keep it from breaking. You have to pull the dash (almost) to change it.

That sounds like a good news - bad news story. The door stop keeps it from breaking but the installation is more complicated...



I guess since I want to keep the truck for a while, having a "permanent" fix is better than just another duty cycle on the old setup.
