Blend Door Replacement 04 2500 dual controls

I know that I read an article about the blend door replacement procedure, but I cannot find it. Any help on how to fix the blend doors would be appreciated.

I used this article to replace all of my blend doors in my 04. 5. I did use the Heater Treater replacements parts and chose not to hack up my HVAC box and do the job right. I'm a shadetree hobbyist and can say that the job was not too difficult, just time consuming. It took me about 9 hours from start to finish over the course of 2 days. I also replaced the A/C accumulator since I had to open and recover A/C refrigerant. Believe it or not, the hardest part about the whole fix for me was getting those spring lock A/C couplers separated. Patience was key! Big sense of accomplishment when finished as well as a big thanks to TDR and all the folks that take the time to publish articles such as this.
