Thought I would share what I learned.
This video gives a good overview. However I have a 2005 auto,4x4 and so its a bit different.
2 things sort of hung me up for a bit.
#1 the strap - I didn't see this until I pulled the dash back. I was pulling up and well it wasn't going anywhere.
#2 the hidden bolt - had to remove the coolant tank and cut the firewall insulation to get to this bolt. I was pulling on the HVAC box trying to remove it and it wasn't going anywhere. I was pulling hard.
The bad door : all other doors were "ok" all the foam was gone. I replaced all the gaskets on the exterior as well as the heater core and AC evaporator.
The upper and lower door lever close up. you just have to pull it straight out.
All in all it went fairly well.
