Blew up my exhaust system....

The other day I was driving down the road and I went to pass someone and my exhaust system blew up. Well actually the front portion of the muffler blew out. :{

My question is, where's the cheapest place that I can buy a stainless system? I'd like it to be pretty quiet, like the stock system.

I priced replacement mufflers, and I think I can gat a whole new system for a little more $$$$.

Hog performance with their quiet muffler might be good. I think summit carries them but I don't know if they give muffler choices. You could try calling Hog directly. There were some sweet deals on Stainless systems at Muncie.

Try Ebay. I just bought a Magna flow 4" for $309 plus $55 shipping. Bolted right up and looks and sounds good.

Thanks guys. They want anywhere from $120. 00 to $175. 00 for a replacement muffler.

May as well do the whole thing at that rate.

I just ordered A 4 inch muffler from Rip . . He has all kinds of nice systems on that site that was posted by willy slover. .

Im glad it blew up, now you must upgrade to a louder one

Dont go with magnaflow, cheap junk ,409 stainless and a 3. 5 inch downpipe... spend money once
