Well atleast I thought I did. The roads were wet and I wanted to get on the throttle, Comp on level 3, so I put in 4wd. Easy on the peddle in 2nd, a little harder in 3rd, romped on it in 4th and then a loud pop. :--) Scared the ***** out of me. Turned out I blew the intercooler hose off the intake. Thankfully thats all it was . Check your hoses.

The first time that happened to me was right after I installed my DTT Trans at 38lbs of boost... . I thought the trans blew to pieces. Scared the crap outta me. :) I had checked all of my lines and they were tight. It kept happening and I couldn't get it to stay on, I even broke a clamp trying to get it tighter. It was stretched just a little bit and that was enough to make it keep slipping off, so I got a new one and haven't had a problem since. So if you can't get yours to stay on and have tried everything... try a new hose, it'll probably solve the problem.

You blow the input shaft out before you blow up the axle. If you are on a surface where there is traction on both axles. But I only use 4x4 when it is absoultly neccisary. Like on snow, mud, dirt, grass, gravel, pavement, and drag strip.
